This policy applies to orders placed on niks.in with Niks Life Science Private Limited.
1. Cancelling an order
- Before dispatch: You can cancel your order free of charge by contacting us on +91 88491 00338 (call or WhatsApp), +91 79844 02515 or info@niks.in with your order number. Prepaid orders are refunded in full.
- After dispatch: The order cannot be cancelled. You may refuse the parcel at delivery or request a return as explained below. For prepaid orders refused at delivery without a valid reason (such as damage), the product value is refunded after the parcel returns to us.
- We may cancel an order if a product is out of stock, the pincode is not serviceable, there is a pricing error or we suspect fraud. Any amount paid will be refunded in full.
2. Damaged, leaking, wrong or expired products
If you receive a product that is damaged, leaking, different from what you ordered, or past its expiry date, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos or an unboxing video. After verification, we will send a free replacement or give a full refund, including any COD charge paid.
3. Returns of unopened products
Unopened products in their original sealed packaging may be returned within 7 days of delivery. Please contact us first to arrange the return. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the return is due to our error.
4. Items that cannot be returned
- Opened or used products (for hygiene and safety reasons, as these are liquids and chemicals)
- Refill service orders once the refill has been done
- Products damaged due to misuse or not following label instructions
- Products reported after the time limits above
5. Refunds
- Approved refunds are initiated within 2 business days of approval (or of receiving the returned product).
- Prepaid orders are refunded to the original payment method. The amount usually reaches your account within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank.
- Cash on Delivery orders are refunded by UPI or bank transfer to the account details you share with us.
- The ₹39 COD charge is not refundable, except when the return is due to our error (damaged, leaking, wrong or expired product).
