Orders on niks.in are shipped by Niks Life Science Private Limited from Santej, Kalol, Gandhinagar, Gujarat.
1. Where we deliver
- Local delivery by our own team in West Ahmedabad, Gandhinagar and Kalol.
- Rest of India through India Post (Speed Post) and courier partners.
- Please enter your pincode at checkout to confirm delivery and Cash on Delivery availability. We currently do not ship outside India.
2. Processing time
Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Orders are not dispatched on Sundays and public holidays.
3. Delivery time
- Local delivery areas: usually 1–3 business days after the order.
- Rest of India: usually 4–8 business days after dispatch. Remote locations may take longer.
These are estimates. If there is a delay, we will inform you by SMS, email or WhatsApp.
4. Delivery charges
Delivery is free on all orders – there is no minimum order value.
5. Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery is available on eligible pincodes. A COD charge of ₹39 per order applies when you choose Cash on Delivery; it is shown at checkout before you place the order. Prepaid orders (UPI, cards, net banking, wallets) have no extra charge. Please keep the exact amount ready at the time of delivery.
6. Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, we share the tracking number and link by SMS, email or WhatsApp.
7. Damaged parcels
If a parcel looks damaged or is leaking, you may refuse it at the door, or report it within 48 hours of delivery with photos. See our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
