This website, niks.in (the “Website”), is owned and operated by Niks Life Science Private Limited, a company incorporated in India with its registered office at LS 876, Nr Jyoti Resing, Opp. Shree Kanta Packaging, Santej, Kalol, Gandhinagar – 382721, Gujarat, India (“Niks”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By using the Website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 to place an order. If you are under 18, you may use the Website only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
3. Products
We sell household cleaning, laundry, car care and personal care products. We try to display product descriptions, pack sizes and images as accurately as possible; actual packaging may vary slightly. Please read and follow the directions and safety warnings printed on each label. Keep all products out of reach of children. Our products are not meant for consumption.
4. Prices and payment
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise. The Maximum Retail Price (MRP) is shown where applicable.
- Delivery is free on all orders.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) orders carry an additional COD charge of ₹39 per order, shown at checkout before you place the order. Prepaid orders have no extra charge.
- We accept UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking and wallets through secure, RBI-authorised payment gateways, and Cash on Delivery on eligible pincodes. We do not store your card or bank details.
- Prices and offers may change without notice; the price applicable is the one shown at the time you place your order.
5. Orders
An order confirmation sent by email, SMS or WhatsApp is an acknowledgement of your order, not an acceptance. We may cancel an order (fully or partly) if the product is out of stock, there is an obvious pricing or listing error, the delivery pincode is not serviceable, or we suspect fraudulent activity. If you have already paid, the full amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

8. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account login details confidential and for all activity under your account. Please give us accurate name, address and phone details so we can deliver your order.
9. Reviews and content
Reviews must be genuine and based on your own experience. We may remove reviews or content that are false, abusive, obscene, defamatory, infringe anyone’s rights or are posted for promotion.
10. Intellectual property
The Niks name and logo, product images, text and design of this Website belong to Niks Life Science Private Limited or its licensors and may not be copied or used without our written permission.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for any loss or damage caused by misuse of products or failure to follow label instructions, or for indirect or consequential losses.
12. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable consumer protection laws, the courts at Gandhinagar, Gujarat shall have jurisdiction over any dispute.
13. Grievance redressal
